Respectful Communication

Treat coworkers with respect. Keep messages direct, professional, and focused on solving the scheduling need.

Harassment and Safety

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, pressure, or target coworkers. Safety, fraud, payment abuse, impersonation, and serious misconduct may be reviewed before ordinary warning steps.

Honest Shift Requests

Post only real requests and include accurate dates, times, bonus details, and notes.

Professional Conduct

Use Shiftance as a workplace coordination tool. Avoid personal attacks, gossip, harassment, or pressure.

Accurate Information

Keep your profile, Work Group, request, and response information accurate enough for coworkers to recognize and coordinate with you.

Reporting Abuse

Report fraud, unsafe behavior, harassment, fake requests, payment issues, or repeated no-shows so support can review them.

Cooperation

If a request needs confirmation, review, or support follow-up, respond promptly and honestly.
