Do not use Shiftance to commit fraud, misrepresent identity, manipulate payment flows, or create false records.
Fake Shifts
Do not post fake, misleading, unauthorized, duplicate, or non-existent requests.
Harassment and Threats
Do not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, stalk, or target coworkers or support staff.
Spam
Do not flood Work Groups, support, invites, responses, or notifications with repetitive or irrelevant activity.
Selling Accounts
Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your Shiftance account.
Impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, coworker, workplace, owner, admin, or Shiftance representative.
Circumventing Fair Access
Do not try to bypass Fair Access limits, priority rules, warnings, suspensions, or eligibility checks.
Payment Abuse
Do not abuse bonuses, refunds, failed payments, chargebacks, payment holds, or Stripe flows.
Duplicate Accounts and Evasion
Do not create or use duplicate accounts to bypass warnings, suspensions, bans, payment reviews, Pro rules, Work Group limits, or other protections.
Report Abuse
Do not submit false, malicious, repetitive, or retaliatory reports. Dismissed reports alone do not create enforcement, but confirmed abusive reporting patterns may.
Invite Abuse
Do not share private invite codes publicly, sell invites, create unauthorized Work Groups, or help unapproved people access private Work Groups.
Illegal Activity
Do not use Shiftance for unlawful activity or to coordinate anything that violates workplace policy or applicable law.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, removal, payment review, support review, or other actions allowed by Shiftance policies.
