They post a request.
They post a Coverage or Swap request and can optionally add a Bonus.
2. You can help
You respond when it works for you.
If the request works for you, you respond and help with the shift.
3. Earn the Bonus
Complete the request.
Successfully complete the request and receive the posted Bonus.

The Bonus is always optional.
Not every request includes one. Bonuses are funded by the coworker posting the request—not by Shiftance.
